Meaning of organization
Organizations
are human associations usually established to achieve goals through the
extensive use of technology and collective effort. Organizations are complex
which operate in an ever changing environment and have a structure to
coordinate efforts. In other words it can be defined as a system composed of
people, structure and technology for achieving common goals in a dynamic
environment.
According
to Chester Barnard “organization is a system of consciously coordinated
activities of two or more persons”
